Mistra SafeChem

Since 2020, our mother company RenFuel has taken part in the Mistra SafeChem programme, dedicated to green chemistry, reduced exposure to hazardous substances and safe and sustainable by-design routes for the industry. Our products have contributed to the development of various toolboxes and methodologies to improve on these topics.

From 2024, LigniCore will be a part of the second phase of Mistra SafeChem for another 4 years, with a dedicated case study focusing on thermosetting polymers.
